Welcome to the Prevent Child Abuse Virginia (PCAV) Advocacy web page. It is our hope that the information on this page will allow you to become aware of the issues important to Virginia's children and guide you to advocate on their behalf. The bills listed are those that deal with issues on which PCAV has developed positions. Those positions reflect our mission, "to prevent the abuse and neglect of our Commonwealth's children." Each Monday, we will update the progress of the House Bills, Senate Bills, Joint Resolutions, and Budget Amendments we have chosen to follow. We encourage you to check weekly and take action to protect our Commonwealth's children.
